Information generated by the AI assistant should not be treated as a substitute for examination, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed dental or healthcare professional.

Patients experiencing an emergency should contact an appropriate healthcare provider or emergency service.

Appointments submitted through DentalFlow may be treated as appointment requests unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant dental clinic.

The dental clinic remains responsible for final appointment availability, confirmation, treatment decisions, and patient care.

Users agree to provide accurate information where reasonably possible.

Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access
• Abuse the platform
• Interfere with its operation
• Submit malicious content
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Dental clinics using DentalFlow remain responsible for:

• Patient care
• Medical and dental decisions
• Appointment availability
• Staff access
• Accuracy of clinic-specific information
• Compliance with laws and professional requirements applicable to their operations

The service may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Third-party provider outages
• Updates
• Events outside reasonable control

DentalFlow uses artificial intelligence to assist with certain interactions.

AI-generated responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or misunderstand user intent.

Important information should be reviewed by appropriate clinic personnel where necessary.

DentalFlow, the DentalFlow brand, software, user interface, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Zenvra AI Solutions unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Zenvra AI Solutions will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use DentalFlow.

Dental clinics remain responsible for clinical decisions and treatment delivered to patients.

DentalFlow may be updated, modified, expanded, or discontinued in whole or in part as the product develops.

These Terms may be revised periodically.

Continued use of DentalFlow following an update may constitute acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by applicable law.
